Autism and anxiety in children and young people
September 29, 2025 – Billund
How can we understand the anxiety that many children and young people with autism experience? Anxiety is often seen when the child or young person has been in a state for a longer period that has overloaded their nervous system. Anxiety can therefore be understood in connection with autism, and thus it is also possible to work with and against anxiety by taking autism as the starting point.

Good and constructive cooperation with parents
February 26, 2026 – Copenhagen
Parental cooperation is not something that should just be “managed”; it is the key to the child’s success. So how can you, as a professional, strengthen collaboration with parents and create a constructive partnership around the child – for example, as a teacher, pedagogue, or caseworker? At this after-work meeting, you will receive concrete tools for understanding and collaboration, as well as inspiration for how to work from professional responsibility and mentalizing conversation techniques. You will gain insight into how to become a collaborator rather than an opponent, and how the different systems around the child can work together – so that you, as a professional, can contribute to supporting the child and family in a holistic way.
