Tailored programs

Consulting and supervision

We offer consulting and supervision services to municipalities, schools, and other professionals working with children, youth, and families affected by mental vulnerabilities impacting their daily lives and school experiences.

Drawing on extensive expertise in child psychiatry, day treatment, and VISO, we specialise in advising on children with mental vulnerabilities, including those with diagnoses, experiencing psychological distress, and facing school absenteeism—both incipient and enduring complex cases.

Our experience lies in guiding counseling and supervision within the intersection of individual considerations and contextual, holistic approaches to the child. We provide case and staff supervision and counseling for both mainstream and specialized fields, including school and socio-pedagogical areas.

Practical Information

Counseling, case, or staff supervision can take place at Drive’s premises, online (Frederiksberg or Billund), or through visits to staff groups and individuals.

Price: 1500 DKK per hour

We always initiate a counseling and supervision process with a brief and clarifying meeting, either over the phone or online. During this session, we align on the format, theme, timing, and other specific needs.

Tailored competence development

We customise training for schools, municipalities, and others working with children and youth with special and often complex needs. Our educational programs are grounded in both theoretical knowledge and extensive practical experience with children and youth in psychiatry, day treatment, and nationwide interventions for school refusal.

At Drive, we possess significant insights into children and youth with complex needs. We are adept at adapting this knowledge to the diverse realities of different professionals, ensuring they receive targeted knowledge and tools applicable to their specific practices.

Programs can be structured precisely as needed, whether for a single staff meeting or multiple sessions allowing for follow-ups based on your experiences.

Examples of topics in tailored competence development programs:

  • Children’s motivation fostering active participation in school environments
  • Conversations with children who are not thriving
  • School absenteeism and school refusal
  • School-home collaboration – how it can support the child’s well-being
  • Autism and comorbidities in children and youth
  • ADHD and comorbidities in children and youth
  • Anxiety issues in children and youth
  • Reduced demand capacity and children’s “no”
